Within the UAE, orders may be delivered directly by SmileCraft or through trusted shipping partners, depending on the location and the most convenient and efficient delivery method.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For GCC deliveries, the average delivery time is approximately 7 business days, subject to the shipping provider and operational circumstances.
